Meet the Founders
Stay Lumora was created by Catherine and Raf
A partnership built on complementary strengths and a shared love of calming, restorative spaces.
Catherine brings 16 years of leadership across iconic luxury hotels within Marriott International, including pre-opening roles at W London, W Dubai – The Palm, The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel and The Benev a Boutique Wellness Spa Retreat. Her expertise shapes every guest touchpoint with warmth, precision and intuitive five-star hospitality.
Raf brings technical innovation, systems design and creative problem-solving. With a strong background in IT, automation and operational security, he ensures every Lumora property operates seamlessly, safely and consistently — delivering confidence for guests and property owners alike.
Together, they balance hospitality and technology, intuition and structure, warmth and precision. This harmony forms the foundation of Lumora’s approach — homes that feel deeply welcoming, supported by systems that work effortlessly behind the scenes.
